Warranty and Returns
WARRANTY POLICY
SER Certified Refurbished Warranty
Unless otherwise stated all of our refurbished units are covered by a 30 Day Parts Warranty and a Dead on Arrival Guarantee.
SER Certified Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If a unit arrives and is not properly functioning AND we are notified within 24 hours of receipt we will either dispatch a Technician to your location or at our choice and cost return the unit to our location for repair and then ship it back at our expense.
SER Certified 30 Day Parts Warranty
If any part on a Refurbished unit fails within 30 days of customer receipt we will replace it at no charge. Customer is responsible for returning the defective part within 10 days of receipt of replacement.
New Equipment
We are dealers for all of the most brands we sell and all units come with the full manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise noted.
Typical Manufacturer Warranty is 3 Years Parts with either 1, 2 or 3 year coverage on labor.

Replacement Parts
We are dealers for the parts we sell and they are backed by the manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise noted. Parts warranty issues can be handled by contacting our customer service department at 1-877-837-2477. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer, their decisions are final. Any disputes can be addressed by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Electrical Parts are sold without Warranty unless installed by factory certified warranty center.
All items sold AS-IS and as described without warranty unless otherwise stated.
Returns:
- Request for Refund
- If not as described within 48 hours of receipt.
- Return Shipping
- Buyer responsible for shipping to and from their location. If item is unpacked it must be repacked appropriately.
- Waiver of Return Policy
- If we by our sole determination waive in whole or part our policies, there will be a 25% restocking fee. All Sales Are Final.

- Deposits
- Due to the uniqueness of our equipment and limited inventories, all deposits to hold/secure equipment are non-refundable.
SER Reconditioned Equipment Orders
All reconditioned machines are rebuilt to order. We specifically rebuild units for each customer. Your machine will be rebuilt to factory specifications. Upon placing an order and providing payment or deposit the machine is considered sold. Due to the unique nature of the equipment and the cost of the equipment, any cancellations will result in a 25% restocking fee. Lead times quoted are not guaranteed but our estimates based on typical manufacturer lead times and estimated shipping times.
Shipping:
We strive to have our orders entered and shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order. Very occasionally an item will be delayed. If the item(s) will not be delivered in the standard 7 to 12 business days, one of our customer service agents will contact you for further instructions.
